Tips to Get Comfortable in your Heels



Wanna walk tall without damaging your feet? These techniques will allow you to wear your heels without causing lasting damage:

1. On the night before your party give your feet a spastyle pampering by soaking in warm, salty water and then removing dry skin and massaging with moisturiser. 

2. Make sure your nails are kept short so they don’t press into the toes in narrow shoes. 

3. Slip into fold-up pumps for the journey home after your party. 

4. Once you are back home, soak your feet in salty water for 10 minutes to reduce any swelling or inflammation.
